That's what this piece called of hardware is called. I was walking Angie to the subway one morning and there it was, I had to do a drawing of it but by time I returned the cab was on the ground. I spoke to the police officer, Diana and she put it back up in the sky for me. Thanks Diana, this one's for you.

Loved seeing this one in person yesterday (and you, too, of course). I had no idea that these things even existed.
They are there to discourage the drug dealing and gang activities, it was parked at the end of our street for a while and no doubt will be again. You gotta love Brooklyn. Always great to see you too.

Yes Diana was really great and stood over me through most of the drawing, I'm sure to see her again at some point, it would be great to see the view from atop the tower.
