I do love the Brooklyn Street life. After 15 years of Manhattan living, Brooklyn is a refreshing change of pace. And, if you can believe this, a holiday destination and the name of David Beckham's first born. Too much.

I really like this one. I was wondering what you drew this with. A pen? Pastels? I feel like I'm sitting right there with you. I got my first sketchbook today and Hubby donated his pastels toward my first efforts. I also purchased some nice charcoal pencils. Just waiting for the heat to subside before trekking out.

Bek...Good luck with the drawing this weekend, I use a ruling pen and ink to draw with. It's very simple and forces you to be direct.
