This guy was a dream come true for drawing. He was on the train at 14th st and asleep in a way that I knew, like me, he was Brooklyn bound. I had an uninterrupted view for about 30 minutes. Result.
how is it that most of ur drawings are red..I dont know much about sketching and stuff but am trying to learn...what exactly is this red stuff..that u use?

What a great sketch! Wonder if this guy will see your blog someday and recognize himself.
Love it!!! Missed seeing your little snippets of life Stephen. Visiting your blog was like catching up with a friend.
Holly- thanks for stopping by.
Lis- Thank you also, I'll have your message translated.
Divesh- The red you are seeing is Pelikan brown ink which I use via a ruling pen. Give it a go.
R Garriott- That has yet to happen but I'd certainly get a kick out of it if it does.
Sheila- Welcome back, sounds like you had something of an adventure, you should write a book.
I can almost hear him snoring! Nice one!
He was snoring which you don't get to often, but he woke up right on cue to get off on Franklin St. Clearly a man of subway sleeping experience.
