Getting Around

I have been working from home lately so me subway drawings have been few and far between. This blog has been a great experience for me and has pushed me to draw when I might have otherwise done nothing except stare into space. The Subway drawings have been done for practice and to have something to post, so I was delighted to be asked to show them in a gallery as part of Subway themed show. It's my first actual gallery show, too bad I'll be in LA and miss the opening, thems the breaks.

Good for you, Steve! Pretty flattering! Good to have the old confidence boosted now and then!

Wow. The subway drawings are a nice snapshot into humanity in the city. I'd love to see a collection of them in a gallery.

I'm quite excited about being in a show and I certainly want to keep the subway sketches going. I'm hoping to sell a couple, if I do it will be my round at the bar.
