White horse Tavern

Is on Hudson St and 11th. yet another of New york's landmark bars and the place in which Dylan Thomas drank himself to death (18 whiskeys). Originally built in 1817 it became the White horse in 1880. Great light for drawing. As with most of these great bars, I like to get there around opening time, choose my spot and watch the locals turn up.

Love the White Horse. Back in the late 80s I lived around the corner from there. Great memories.
Did you hear what happened to Chumly's? (Bedford St West Village) I heard a rumor that it closed!! ???
If you are reporting please inform.

18 whiskey bottles or shots?

I can see the depth of the colors caused by the sunlight coming through the window.

I was wondering whether you would be interested in exchanging links with relevant blogs of mine.

Thanks for your consideration.
