which was yesterday, of course, but that's when I did this drawing in Union Square having turned up for work to find the office closed. That is the first time they ever closed for this holiday and apparently I didn't get the memo, but as previously stated ,I did get this drawing. Back to the ruiling pen for this one and I really like the way it makes me draw.

yeah, this ruling pen technique has a definite quality I enjoy...bummer about the extra trip to work but you did get a wonderfukl skecth out of the trip.
by the way, we don't tell Lem she's a cat..she'd never believe it!
