I just found out that this painting was accepted into the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles Illustration West 49 show. It's the first time I've had anything accepted anywhere so it gives me the encouragement to keep going on with this project.....and to the bar.

What can I say, I'm working on a number of different things right now and I'm finding it very difficult to keep up with the drawing side of things. I will get back to this as soon as possible and I'm working on something for tomorrow right now, as for this, it's a part of the bar project but in retrospect I don't really dig this bar that much. It's a little new for my tastes and perhaps a little twee. Back to the drawing board and thanks for your patience with me. I will be back soon.

Hi everyone, this is my first post in about 11 days or so, I was away for the Holidays and it just didn't happen. I'm in for a busy year this year but I'm going to get back on schedule as of this moment. I've never been away for that amount of time before but I certainly enjoyed the break. Looking forward to seeing what this new years brings and I wish you all a wonderful 2011. Cheers good people of the world.

We finished our last Z brush class last night and this is what I came up with. This sculpture was created digitally by pushing pulling and sculpting a sphere, it was amazing and I'm think about buying the program, there were so many possibilities.
