Basically you fill it with a pint of warm water which has previously been boiled and add enough salt to make it taste like the sea. Then you lean forwards and tilt your head sideways and pour the water in through one nostril and let it all pour itself out through the other. You dry off by huffing and puffing through your nose until your head clears. <BR/><BR/>It's one of those yogic practices which is far more about disgusting bodily functions than inner spiritual harmony.
